【英文面試攻略】2026 英文面試準備:7 個高頻問題 × 台灣上班族回答框架

英文面試準備最可怕的地方,通常不是「聽不懂問題」。而是你明明有經驗、有能力,卻一開口就像在背稿:句子正確,但沒有重點;態度禮貌,但聽起來不夠有自信。

很多台灣上班族準備英文面試時,第一反應是把中文答案翻成英文。可是外商面試、海外工作面試、多益口說或雅思口說都一樣:考官真正想聽的不是完美英文,而是你能不能用清楚、有邏輯、有文化感的方式說明自己。

這篇文章不是要你背 100 句萬用答案。它會帶你用 7 個高頻英文面試問題,練出一套比較自然的回答框架。

英文面試準備的核心:不要先翻譯,要先抓「面試官想確認什麼」

英文面試問題表面上很簡單,但背後常常有隱藏目的。

例如面試官問:

Tell me about yourself.

他不是要你從大學開始講人生故事。他想確認三件事:

  1. 你現在是誰。

  2. 你的經驗和這個職位有什麼關係。

  3. 你能不能用 60 到 90 秒講出重點。

很多台灣人會把中文自我介紹直接翻過去,像是:

I graduated from... My personality is responsible and serious...

這不是錯,但聽起來容易像履歷朗讀。更自然的英文面試準備方式,是先建立回答骨架:

I’m currently a [role] with [years] of experience in [field]. My recent work focuses on [core strength]. What makes me a strong fit for this role is [connection to job].

範例:

I’m currently a project manager with six years of experience in SaaS and cross-functional coordination. My recent work focuses on helping product, engineering, and marketing teams align around launch priorities. What makes me a strong fit for this role is that I’m comfortable turning unclear business goals into practical execution plans.

這段英文沒有很花俏,但很清楚。面試不是英文作文比賽。你要讓對方快速理解你的價值。

問題 1:Tell me about yourself. 自我介紹怎麼回答?

很多人準備英文面試時,會把自我介紹背到非常長。可是越長越危險,因為你很容易失去主線。

建議用三段式:

1. 現在的角色

I’m currently a marketing specialist at a B2B software company.

2. 你最相關的能力

My main focus is content strategy and lead generation for the Taiwan market.

3. 為什麼和這個職位有關

I’m interested in this role because it combines international communication, growth strategy, and hands-on campaign execution.

完整回答可以是:

I’m currently a marketing specialist at a B2B software company, where I focus on content strategy and lead generation for the Taiwan market. Over the past three years, I’ve worked closely with sales and product teams to turn technical features into customer-facing messages. I’m interested in this role because it combines international communication, growth strategy, and hands-on campaign execution, which is exactly the direction I want to grow in.

文化提醒:英文自我介紹通常比較直接。你不需要先說「我可能還有很多不足」。台灣職場裡的謙虛,在英文面試中如果過度使用,可能會被理解成你對自己沒有信心。

問題 2:Why are you interested in this role? 為什麼想應徵這份工作?

這題不是要你說「因為貴公司很有名」。面試官想確認的是:你有沒有理解這份工作的內容,以及你是不是有合理動機。

回答框架:

I’m interested in this role for three reasons: [reason 1], [reason 2], and [reason 3].

範例:

I’m interested in this role for three reasons. First, the position requires both analytical thinking and communication, which matches the work I’ve enjoyed most in my current role. Second, I’m excited about working with regional teams because I want to build stronger cross-cultural collaboration skills. Third, I believe the company’s product has a clear value proposition, and I’d like to contribute to how that value is communicated in the market.

這裡的重點是「具體」。英文面試回答越具體,越不像模板。

問題 3:What are your strengths? 優點怎麼講才不尷尬?

台灣人常常不習慣直接講自己的優點。因為在中文文化裡,太直接稱讚自己容易被覺得自大。

但英文面試裡,說明優點是一種職業資訊,不是炫耀。你可以用「能力 + 證據 + 工作價值」的方式回答。

框架:

One of my strengths is [strength]. For example, [specific example]. I think this helps me [job-related value].

範例:

One of my strengths is turning messy information into clear action steps. For example, in my current role, our team often receives vague requests from different departments. I usually help clarify the goal, define priorities, and turn the discussion into a timeline. I think this helps me work well in roles that require coordination across teams.

這種回答比只說:

I’m responsible and hardworking.

更有說服力。

順帶一提,「辛苦了」在英文職場裡不一定要翻成 "You worked hard." 如果你想表達肯定,可以說:

Great work on this.

I really appreciate the effort you put into this.

這就是文化語境。英文不是把中文直接搬過去,而是用對方文化裡自然的方式傳達同一份尊重。

問題 4:What is your weakness? 缺點怎麼講才不扣分?

這題很多人會回答:

My weakness is that I’m a perfectionist.

這句已經太常見,容易聽起來像準備好的安全答案。

比較好的方式是承認一個真實但可管理的弱點,然後說明你怎麼改進。

框架:

One area I’m working on is [weakness]. In the past, [specific impact]. Recently, I’ve been improving it by [action].

範例:

One area I’m working on is speaking up earlier in group discussions. In the past, I sometimes waited until I had a fully polished idea before sharing. Recently, I’ve been improving this by sharing early observations first, then building on the discussion as more information becomes available.

這個回答很適合台灣上班族,因為它不是自我攻擊,也不是假裝完美。它讓面試官看到你有自我覺察,也有行動。

文化提醒:英文面試裡談缺點,不需要一直道歉。你可以誠實,但不要把自己說得很低。

問題 5:Tell me about a challenge you handled. 挑戰題怎麼回答?

這題最適合用 STAR 法:

  • Situation:當時的情境

  • Task:你的責任

  • Action:你做了什麼

  • Result:最後結果

範例:

In my previous role, our team had to launch a campaign with a very tight deadline. My responsibility was to coordinate the timeline between design, sales, and product. The challenge was that each team had different priorities, so I created a shared launch checklist and held short daily check-ins for one week. As a result, we launched on time, and the campaign generated 18% more leads than our previous benchmark.

如果你沒有漂亮數字,也可以用質化結果:

As a result, the team had a clearer process, and we reduced last-minute confusion during future launches.

英文面試準備時,請先準備 3 個 STAR 故事:一個關於壓力、一個關於溝通、一個關於解決問題。這三個故事可以變形回答很多題目。

問題 6:How do you handle conflict? 衝突題怎麼回答?

很多台灣上班族不喜歡在面試裡講 conflict,因為中文文化裡「衝突」聽起來很負面。

但英文職場裡,conflict 不一定代表吵架。它可能只是不同觀點、不同優先順序、不同溝通風格。

回答框架:

I try to understand the goal behind the disagreement first. Then I clarify the trade-off and suggest a practical next step.

範例:

I try to understand the goal behind the disagreement first. For example, if the sales team wants speed and the product team wants more testing, I don’t frame it as one side being right or wrong. I try to clarify the trade-off: what risk are we accepting if we move fast, and what opportunity might we lose if we delay? 這種回答展現成熟度。你不是逃避衝突,也不是用英文硬起來,而是讓對方看到你能在不同文化和不同部門之間協調。

問題 7:Do you have any questions for us? 最後提問問什麼?

最後提問是很多人忽略的英文面試準備重點。不要只問:

What is the salary?

薪資當然重要,但第一輪面試通常更適合先問工作內容、成功標準和團隊合作。

你可以問:

What would success look like in the first six months for this role?

What are the biggest challenges the team is currently trying to solve?

How does this role usually collaborate with regional or global teams?

What communication style works best on this team?

英文面試準備清單:面試前 24 小時做這 5 件事

1. 準備 60 秒自我介紹

不要超過 90 秒。錄音一次,確認你不是在背履歷。

2. 準備 3 個 STAR 故事

壓力、溝通、解決問題各一個。每個故事控制在 90 秒內。

3. 準備 5 句「爭取思考時間」的句子

That’s a great question. Let me think for a second.

I’d like to answer that in two parts.

The short answer is yes, and I can explain why.

Let me give you a specific example.

I haven’t experienced that exact situation, but I’ve handled something similar.

這些句子能幫你在壓力下穩住節奏。

4. 準備 3 個問題問面試官

不要只問福利。問成功標準、團隊挑戰、跨文化溝通方式。

5. 練習「講清楚」,不是練習「講完美」

英文面試準備最大的誤區,是把目標設定成「不要犯錯」。但真實面試裡,面試官更在乎你能不能清楚表達、真實互動、理解問題背後的目的。

從檢定到面試,真正要練的是「英文反應」

不管你準備的是外商英文面試、多益口說、雅思口說,還是公司內部升遷面談,本質都很像:你需要在壓力下,用英文組織想法。

背答案有用,但只靠背答案不夠。因為面試官一追問,你就會離開劇本。

真正有效的英文面試準備,是把句子練成反應,把翻譯改成文化理解,把「我英文好不好」改成「我能不能在這個情境裡清楚做自己」。

你不需要變成另一個人。你需要的是一套能讓你在英文場合裡仍然穩定表達的系統。
